为详细了解目前超超临界锅炉受热面管大量采用的新型耐热材料Super304H不锈钢的性能,对其开展系列试验,包括不同温度下的短时拉伸试验,不同时效时间下的拉伸试验、室温冲击试验、材料相结构分析、断口扫描电镜分析、高温长期蠕变断裂性能试验,服役炉管的力学性能研究等,得出Super304H耐热钢在模拟服役条件下的性能退化情况和组织结构演变规律。

In order to learn the performance of new-type Super304H heat-resisting stainless steel widely used in heat surface pipe of ultra-supercritical units, series of test are carried out, including short-time tension test in different temperatures, tension test in different ageing time, shock test in room temperature, phase struc-ture analysis of materials, fracture analysis by scanning electron microscope, high-temperature longtime creep fracture performance test and mechanical property research of in-service furnace tube, etc. The paper concludes performance degradation and structure evolution rule of Super304H heat-resisting steel in simulated service.
