为了降低第3级抽汽的蒸汽过热度,提高机组绝对热效率,通过对各关键环节的优化设计,提出了设置外置式蒸汽冷却器的技术方案。针对大型火力发电厂建议采用33%~50%的主给水流量进入外置式蒸汽冷却器的串联方式,外置式蒸汽冷却器布置在3号高加上方平台为宜。热经济性分析表明,汽轮机热耗率和发电煤耗都有明显下降,汽轮机绝对效率也有所提高。

In order to decrease steam superheat degree of the third extraction steam and increase absolute heat efficiency of units, this paper presents a technical solution of installing external steam cooler. the paper suggest that large coal-fired power plant adopt a series style that 33%~50%of feedwater enters into the exter-nal steam cooler and the external steam cooler be installed on the platform above No.3 high-pressure heater. It is proved by overheat economy analysis that heat consumption rate of steam turbine and coal consumption for power generation are significantly reduced, and absolute efficiency of steam turbine is also improved.
