随着浙江电网规模的不断扩大以及设备智能化,对500 kV变电站实行集中监控成为变电运行的主要运行模式。对集中监控系统和运行管理模式进行了分析总结,根据浙江省调“调控一体化”模式的实际运行情况,探讨了AVC控制、信号过滤与延时、告警抑制、稳态限额监视等方面的优化运行措施。
隨著浙江電網規模的不斷擴大以及設備智能化,對500 kV變電站實行集中鑑控成為變電運行的主要運行模式。對集中鑑控繫統和運行管理模式進行瞭分析總結,根據浙江省調“調控一體化”模式的實際運行情況,探討瞭AVC控製、信號過濾與延時、告警抑製、穩態限額鑑視等方麵的優化運行措施。

With the continuous scale expansion of Zhejiang power grid and intelligentization of devices, cen-tralized monitoring has become the main operation mode of 500 kV substation. Based on the practical opera-tion of "dispatching and control integration" in Zhejiang Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center, this paper analyzes and summarizes the centralized monitoring system and its operation management mode, and it also discusses operation optimization measures for AVC control, signal filtering and lag, alarm suppression, steady state limitation monitoring, etc.
