Under the new employment situation, in order to fur-ther learn about the employment psychological problems and psychological characteristics of college students majoring in lan-guages, college students' employment psychology questionnaire was adopted to investigate the present situation of 200 college students majoring in languages, and combined with the results of the survey, targeted strategies and methods were put forward to relieve the employment psychological problems of college stu-dents majoring in languages.
