校企合作是应用型本科院校培养创新型人才的重要模式，既有利于人才培养，也有利于促进科学研究，更是服务社会的主要内容。本文调研了国内应用型本科专业校企合作的现状和存在问题，分析了德国校企合作的成功经验，以期为探寻国内应用型专业校企合作的有效模式提供参考。

University-enterprise cooperation, as an important model for application-oriented undergraduate universities to cul-tivate innovative talents, not only benefits talent cultivation, but also promotes scientific research, as well as serves the society. This paper investigates the current situation and existing prob-lems of university-enterprise cooperation in domestic applica-tion-oriented undergraduate universities, and analyzes the suc-cessful experience of university-enterprise cooperation in Ger-many, hoping to provide a reference for the effective model of u-niversity-enterprise cooperation in domestic application-oriented undergraduate universities.
