近几年都匀毛尖茶产区内红茶的产量迅速增长,采用了都匀毛尖茶相同原料和金骏眉类似工艺生产的都匀红茶,其品质独树一帜。通过对10个主要茶叶产区生产的都匀红茶中的铜、锌、锰、铁、铝、镉、铅、砷、汞9种金属元素的含量进行检测,并对结果进行分析统计。表明都匀红茶中对人体有益的金属元素含量丰富,有害金属含量少,并具备了发展成有机茶的条件。
近幾年都勻毛尖茶產區內紅茶的產量迅速增長,採用瞭都勻毛尖茶相同原料和金駿眉類似工藝生產的都勻紅茶,其品質獨樹一幟。通過對10箇主要茶葉產區生產的都勻紅茶中的銅、鋅、錳、鐵、鋁、鎘、鉛、砷、汞9種金屬元素的含量進行檢測,併對結果進行分析統計。錶明都勻紅茶中對人體有益的金屬元素含量豐富,有害金屬含量少,併具備瞭髮展成有機茶的條件。

Recently in the producing area of Duyun Maojian tea, there has been a rapid increase in the production of the black tea, the quality of which is inimitable, adopting the same raw materials as Duyun Maojian and the similar technics to Jin Junmei. Testing and analyzing the content of 9 metal elements including copper, zincum, manganese, iron, aluminium, cadmium, plumbum, arsenic and hydragyrum in Duyun black tea produced in 10 main producing areas of tea, the results indicated that Duyun black tea was rich in metal elements which were good for health and low in harmful metal elements and that it had the necessary conditions of developing as organic tea.
