本文针对目前机械类本科专业开设的“工程材料及机械制造基础”课程教学过程中存在的问题与不足进行剖析。从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段以及考核形式等方面，提出了课程教学改革的措施和方案。从实施过程中看，显著激发和提高了学生的学习主观能动性，加强了理论联系实际和工程应用能力的培养。

This paper analyzes the current problems and shortcomings existing in the teaching of "Fundamentals of Engineering Materials and Machinery Manufacturing", a course opened for machinery undergraduate majors.
