针对原始类电磁机制算法中采用的局部搜索方法过于简单且寻优效率低的缺点，提出了一种改进类电磁机制算法，并用于解决大规模、非线性的阵列天线综合优化问题。改进类电磁机制算法结合稀疏阵列天线综合问题的内在机理，引入一种基于阵元状态切换的局部搜索方法来代替原有的随机线性搜索方法，能够有效地加快算法搜索速度并增强算法的全局搜索能力。二维稀疏面阵的仿真结果表明，与线性规划、模拟退火算法和混合遗传算法相比，改进后的类电磁机制算法能够获得更优的稀疏阵列。

The local search method of original electromagnetism-like mechanism (EM)algorithm is simple and inefficient.An im-proved electromagnetism-like mechanism algorithm is proposed and applied to solve large-scale nonlinear optimization problem of thinned antenna array synthesis.A local search method based on status transition of elements is introduced,taking place of the original linear stochastic search method,to speed up the convergence of the algorithm as well as enhancing the searching ability of the algorithm.Simulation results of sparse planar array synthesis show that the performance of the proposed improved electro-magnetism-like algorithm outperforms other methods through comparison.
