Currently, concrete-filled steel tube has been widely used in practical engineering. Based on the analysis of construction characteristics of concrete-filled steel tube, this pa-per discussed the various construction methods of concrete-filled steel tube, and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Finally, this paper introduced characteristic of concrete-filled steel tube applications in different practical engineering and out looked its bright prospects for development.
