“岗、证、赛”三位一体教学模式就是确定以就业岗位为导向的培养思想,制定以“取得职业技能证书”为主的教学目标,将竞赛作为一种衡量专业技能、体验教学质量、提高教学水平的标准,以赛促训、以赛强技。本文以高职计算机类专业为分析对象,分别从就业岗位、职业资格证书、技能比赛三个方面探索“岗、证、赛”三位一体教学模式。

“강、증、새”삼위일체교학모식취시학정이취업강위위도향적배양사상,제정이“취득직업기능증서”위주적교학목표,장경새작위일충형량전업기능、체험교학질량、제고교학수평적표준,이새촉훈、이새강기。본문이고직계산궤류전업위분석대상,분별종취업강위、직업자격증서、기능비새삼개방면탐색“강、증、새”삼위일체교학모식。
The "post-certificate-competition" three-in-one teaching model is to determine the cultivation thought oriented by employment and post, and formulate the teaching objectives cen-tered by "obtaining occupation skills certificates", regarding competitions as a standard measuring professional skills, experi-encing teaching quality and improving teaching quality, namely, promoting training by competitions and strengthening skills by competitions. With higher vocational computer majors as the analysis objects, this paper explores the "post-certificate-com-petition"three-in-one teaching model respectively from employ-ment and post, occupation skills certificates, and skills competi-tions.
