目的：评价 MHIPS对颅脑损伤患者死亡率的急诊评估价值。方法：以2012-01～2014-06经急诊收治的颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,收集其临床资料、CT的检查结果,按MHIPS评分标准完成评分。比较死亡组及存活组分值的差异。结果：死亡组病例评分明显小于生存组,P<0.001,有统计学意义。结论：MHIPS评分是急诊预测颅脑损伤患者预后的一种简单、有效的方法,值得临床推广。
목적：평개 MHIPS대로뇌손상환자사망솔적급진평고개치。방법：이2012-01～2014-06경급진수치적로뇌손상환자위연구대상,수집기림상자료、CT적검사결과,안MHIPS평분표준완성평분。비교사망조급존활조분치적차이。결과：사망조병례평분명현소우생존조,P<0.001,유통계학의의。결론：MHIPS평분시급진예측로뇌손상환자예후적일충간단、유효적방법,치득림상추엄。
Objective To evaluate the ability of MHIPS score of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods Clinical data, Computed Tomography findings were collected in a cohort of hospitalized traumatic brain injury patients by emergency department, from January 2012 to June 2014. The MHIPS score was applied to all the patients. Compared the death group and survival group scores. Results . Death cases were significantly lower than the survival group, P<0.001, had statistical significance.Conclusions The MHIPS score is a simple, effective method for prediction of prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury in emergency, is worth the clinical promotion.
