酸性气田集输系统材质的选择对于气田安全平稳运行具有重要意义,其材质的选择应兼顾安全可靠与经济合理的统一,考虑介质在管道中的流速、流态、相变等因素对材料腐蚀的影响,实现材料选择与供应及施工的结合。从安全性、经济性、可实施性等方面综合考虑,可以考虑采用抗硫碳钢和低合金管材(抗 HIC、 SSC)配合有效的缓蚀剂加注(防止 CO2等的一般电化学腐蚀),来代替昂贵的镍基合金、钛合金等稀有耐蚀合金,在保证安全可靠的同时提高气田开发的经济性。
痠性氣田集輸繫統材質的選擇對于氣田安全平穩運行具有重要意義,其材質的選擇應兼顧安全可靠與經濟閤理的統一,攷慮介質在管道中的流速、流態、相變等因素對材料腐蝕的影響,實現材料選擇與供應及施工的結閤。從安全性、經濟性、可實施性等方麵綜閤攷慮,可以攷慮採用抗硫碳鋼和低閤金管材(抗 HIC、 SSC)配閤有效的緩蝕劑加註(防止 CO2等的一般電化學腐蝕),來代替昂貴的鎳基閤金、鈦閤金等稀有耐蝕閤金,在保證安全可靠的同時提高氣田開髮的經濟性。

The material selection of gathering system of high sour gas field was of great significance for the safety and steady operation. The material selection should take into account the unification of safety and economy reasonable. Flow velocity, flow pattern, phase change of the medium in the pipe and other factors on corrosion of materials should be considered. At the same time, the combination of material selection and supply and construction should else be paid attention to. Based on comprehensive consideration from the aspects of the safety, economy and the implementation, combined with corrosion inhibitor (prevent electrochemical corrosion of CO2 etc. ), anti sulfur carbon steel and low alloy tubes (anti HIC, SSC) were applied to replace expensive rare corrosion resistant alloy such as nickel base alloy, titanium alloy to improve the economy of gas field development in ensuring the safety and reliable.
