酸性气田集输系统材质的选择对于气田安全平稳运行具有重要意义，其材质的选择应兼顾安全可靠与经济合理的统一，考虑介质在管道中的流速、流态、相变等因素对材料腐蚀的影响，实现材料选择与供应及施工的结合。从安全性、经济性、可实施性等方面综合考虑，可以考虑采用抗硫碳钢和低合金管材(抗 HIC、 SSC)配合有效的缓蚀剂加注(防止 CO2等的一般电化学腐蚀)，来代替昂贵的镍基合金、钛合金等稀有耐蚀合金，在保证安全可靠的同时提高气田开发的经济性。

Based on comprehensive consideration from the aspects of the safety, economy and the implementation, combined with corrosion inhibitor (prevent electrochemical corrosion of CO2 etc. ), anti sulfur carbon steel and low alloy tubes (anti HIC, SSC) were applied to replace expensive rare corrosion resistant alloy such as nickel base alloy, titanium alloy to improve the economy of gas field development in ensuring the safety and reliable.
