探讨了用草酸钠作为基准物质标定高锰酸钾标准溶液过程中的实验条件,在国标法的基础上分析了加热时机、温度、酸度对标定结果的影响,建议国标法的标定方法改进为:采用100 mL(4+96)硫酸介质、先加热到70~80℃再用高锰酸钾标准溶液滴定的操作方法,可以节省硫酸用量、节省标定时间,同时保证滴定的准确度。

The experiment conditions of potassium permanganate titrant were discussed which sodium oxalate was regarded as the basis material. The influences of the heating time, temperature and acidity on the calibration results on the basis of the national standard method were analyzed. The results recommended that the calibration conditions of national standard method should be improved by using 100 mL (4+96) sulfuric acid medium, and titrating after the potassium permanganate standard solution be heated to 70 ~ 80 ℃. The improvements could save the sulfuric acid consumption and the time of calibration, with guaranteeing the accuracy of titration.
