用电化学聚合法在玻碳电极上形成聚硫堇,再修饰石墨烯,制备出聚硫堇/石墨烯修饰电极。并采用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法对壬基酚在此修饰电极上的电化学行为进行测定,对实验条件进行了优化,结果表明,在 pH 值为4.0的 B-R 缓冲溶液中,壬基酚在3.0×10-8~2.4×10-7 mol/ L 的浓度范围内与其氧化峰电流值呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数为0.9916,最低检测限为2.0×10-8 mol/ L(S/ N=3),可用于实际样品的检测。
用電化學聚閤法在玻碳電極上形成聚硫堇,再脩飾石墨烯,製備齣聚硫堇/石墨烯脩飾電極。併採用循環伏安法和差分脈遲伏安法對壬基酚在此脩飾電極上的電化學行為進行測定,對實驗條件進行瞭優化,結果錶明,在 pH 值為4.0的 B-R 緩遲溶液中,壬基酚在3.0×10-8~2.4×10-7 mol/ L 的濃度範圍內與其氧化峰電流值呈現良好的線性關繫,線性繫數為0.9916,最低檢測限為2.0×10-8 mol/ L(S/ N=3),可用于實際樣品的檢測。

An electrochemical sensor was developed for the detection of nonylphenol based on graphene modified the poly thionine (PTH) film that was electropolymerized on the glassy carbon. Electrochemical behaviors of nonylphenol on glassy carbon electrode modified by polymerized thionine were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetric method and the experimental conditions were optimized. The results showed that under the conditions of pH=4. 0 B-R buffer solution, a good linear relationship between peak current and nonylphenol concentration was obtained in the range of 3. 0×10-8 ~2. 4×10-7 mol/ L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9916, with a detection limit of 2. 0×10-8 mol/ L estimated at a signal to noise ratio of 3. The method has been applied to the analysis of nonylphenol in real samples.
