以稻壳为原料试材,研究了纤维素酶预处理提取稻壳黄酮的影响因素,通过响应面优化试验确定了最佳提取工艺参数。结果表明:酶解时间对黄酮提取效果影响最大,其次是纤维素酶添加量,而酶解pH影响最小。最佳工艺条件为纤维素酶添加量1.42%、酶解pH 5.0,酶解时间1.4 h,在此条件下进行超声波提取,黄酮的实际提取量为3.81 mg/g,与单独使用超声波提取比较,提取量提高了50.9%。

Using paddy hull as raw materials,some effect factors about extractionof flavonoids by cellulose pretreatment were studied and the best extractionconditions wereobtained through response surface methodology in this paper. The results showed the main factorof influencing flavonoids extraction was enzymolysis time,next wascellulose dosage,enzymolysis pH was less effected. The optimum extractionconditions werecellulose dosage 1.42%,enzymolysis pH 5.0,enzymolysis time 1.4 h. Under thiscondition and ultrasonic wave,the extraction volume was 3.81 mg/g. Compared with single use ultrasonic extraction,extraction volume increased by 50.9%.
