研究了静态顶空-气质联用法测定烤烟中多种香味物质的方法,对样品形态、顶空加热温度、加热时间、加样量及气质联用参数等因素进行了优化,并对方法的专属性、重复性进行了考察。在最优条件下,可对烤烟中33种致香物质进行准确测定,且方法稳定可靠。

The determination of aroma components in flue - cured tobacco by static headspace GC - MS was investigated, the factors including sample shape, headspace heating temperature, heating time, sample amount, GC-MS parameters were optimized, the specificity and repeatability of the method were studied. On the optimized conditions, 33 aroma components can be precisely detected, the method was reliable.
