采用环保自交联单体和功能单体 A 替代 N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯为主要原料,通过预乳化种子乳液聚合法研制用于白胶浆的环保型自交联聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。讨论了丙烯酸酯共聚乳液的单体选用、功能单体 A 和助剂 B 对白胶浆分散性以及胶膜吸水率的影响。

Using enevironmental protected self - crosslinking monomer and functional monomer A instead of N -methylol acrylamide, and butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and styrene as the main raw materials, the environmentally friendly self-crosslinking polyacrylate copolymer emulsion for white glue was prepared by the pre -emulsification seed emulsion polymerization method. The choice of acrylate copolymer emulsion and the effects of the functional monomer A and the additive B on the dispersibility and water absorption rate for the white glue were discussed.
