利用水提醇沉法提取玉米皮多糖,并对玉米皮多糖抗氧化性进行研究。分别采用水杨酸法、DPPH法、邻苯三酚自氧化法,测定玉米皮多糖清除羟自由基、DPPH·自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的能力。结果表明,玉米皮多糖的提取率为6.74%。玉米皮多糖对该几种自由基均有不同程度清除作用,并且清除率随着浓度的提高而升高。

Thecorn peel polysaccharides were extracted by using the methodof water extraction and alcohol precipitation and its antioxidation was studied. Three methods,which were salicylic acid method,DPPH method,adjacent benzene three phenolic autoxidation method,were respectively used to determine the abilitiesofcorn peel polysaccharides scavenging hydroxyl free radical,DPPH radical, superoxide anion free radical. The results showed that the extracting ratioof polysaccharides was up to 6.74%. Thecorn peel polysaccharides had different scavenging effectson these radical,and with the increasingofconcentration,theclearance rate gradually enhanced.
