目前我国对婴儿配方奶粉成分的研究主要集中于脂肪酸的分析研究。该文综述了国内外奶粉标准、市售奶粉脂肪酸含量及近年来亚油酸和α–亚麻酸添加量在婴幼儿配方奶粉中的研究现状，着重阐述亚油酸和α–亚麻酸的添加量对婴儿健康生长、脑和视网膜发育的重要作用，试图给婴幼儿配方奶粉企业提供一些参考。
目前我國對嬰兒配方奶粉成分的研究主要集中于脂肪痠的分析研究。該文綜述瞭國內外奶粉標準、市售奶粉脂肪痠含量及近年來亞油痠和α–亞痳痠添加量在嬰幼兒配方奶粉中的研究現狀，著重闡述亞油痠和α–亞痳痠的添加量對嬰兒健康生長、腦和視網膜髮育的重要作用，試圖給嬰幼兒配方奶粉企業提供一些參攷。

In China,the researchesof infant formulas mainly focuson investigating fatty acid composition.Basedon the standardsof infant formulas in China and westerncountries,thecontentof fatty acids incommercially available infant formulas and the research reviewof thecontentof linoleic acid and alpha linolenic acid were studied,and the article emphatically expounded that thecontent of linoleic acid and alpha linolenic acid had important physiological functionon healthy growth and developmentof brain and retina to infants,whichcould provide some reference for manufacturersof infant formulas.
