This paper mainly started from the current teaching status of International Trade Practices , based on that, it analyzed the necessity to nest multi-discipline ,finally it discussed the setting of the content of International Trade Prac-tices where multi-discipline were nested and teaching mode, and proposed assessment method in respect to teching effect.
