The paper analyzes the present situation of physics experiment teaching based on the requirement of new century and finds three main problems. How to connect physics experiment teaching between university and secondary school, how to cultivate the creativity of students and manage the experimental teaching procedures. According to the situation of our students and teaching practice,the author puts forward a series of proposals,which are (1)improving the students' understanding in physics experiments,lowering the threshold of physics experiments,(2)motivating students' interest in learning;creating teaching situations to guide the creative activity of students. (3)execulting the basic process of an experiment lesson, guaranteeing the quality of it. It is necessary to make sure that all students can make much progress in knowledge and skills.
