目的：探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阑尾切除术的临床价值。方法2002年12月～2012年3月，对773例无选择性阑尾炎，经脐部1 cm切口应用带操作通道的同轴腹腔镜将阑尾拖出脐孔于腹外完成阑尾切除术。结果腹腔镜完成手术756例（97．8％），其中49例（6．5％）加辅助孔操作完成；中转开腹17例（2．2％）。术后切口感染5例（0．6％），无其他术后并发症。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阑尾切除术简单易行，安全，并发症少，恢复快，美容效果较好，值得推广。
목적：탐토경제단공복강경보조란미절제술적림상개치。방법2002년12월～2012년3월，대773례무선택성란미염，경제부1 cm절구응용대조작통도적동축복강경장란미타출제공우복외완성란미절제술。결과복강경완성수술756례（97．8％），기중49례（6．5％）가보조공조작완성；중전개복17례（2．2％）。술후절구감염5례（0．6％），무기타술후병발증。결론경제단공복강경보조란미절제술간단역행，안전，병발증소，회복쾌，미용효과교호，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy . Methods From December 2002 to March 2012, 773 cases of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy were performed in patients suffered from acute appendicitis .A coaxial laparoscope with a working channel was used to take the appendix out through the 1 cm incision and the appendectomy was performed outside the abdomen . Results Laparoscopic operations were successfully completed in 756 cases (97.8%), 49 (6.5%) of which were accomplished with an additional port .Conversion to open surgery was required in 17 cases (2.2%).Incisional infection was occurred in 5 cases (0.6%).No other postoperative complications occurred . Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy is a simple and safe technique that allows almost scarless abdominal surgery .With fewer complications and shorter time of recovery , it is worthy of clinical application .
