针对目前一些金属矿用人工砼砖支护采矿成本高、支护效果差的现状,采用尾砂胶结充填法对水银洞金矿采空区进行了试验性充填。在进行全尾砂材料坍落度实验和抗压强度实验后,进一步研究了 P.C 32.5级复合硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、尾砂、废石和聚羧酸减水剂制备充填材料的优化方案。结果表明,只用尾砂和水泥作为填充材料时,灰砂比>1∶3方能满足安全生产的材料强度,此配比成本偏高,而加入一定比例粉煤灰的材料既经济又符合安全生产指标。当 P.C32.5级复合硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、尾砂质量配比为1∶0.5∶8最为理想,可节约近50%的水泥配比,有效降低了充填成本。同时,水银洞金矿采空区现场充填实验结果显示,该配比尾砂造浆均匀,放砂流量比较稳定,充填体抗压强度较好。

Focusing on the high production cost and poor supporting of concrete bricks used in metal mining process,physical ex-periments were carried out to study the backfilling of goaf by cemented tailings in Shuiyindong gold mining area.After slump and compression tests,optimization for producing backfilling materials by using P.C (Portland cement)32.5,cola ash,tailings, waste rocks and polycarboxylate super plasticizer was studied.The results show that when only tailing sands and cement being used as the filling materials,the cement-sand ratio must reach 1:3 to meet the safe production and application criteria,which leads to a higher cost.While the addition of a certain amount of coal ash is a secure and economical strategy.Especially,when the cement-coal ash-sand ratio is 1:0.5:8,the formula is the most optimal,which can save about 50% cement usage and significantly reduce the backfilling cost.Meanwhile,the experimental results at the Shuiyindong gold mining goaf indicate that the slurry is u-niform with a stable discharge rate and favorable compressive strength.
