总结近年来山西省所发生的重大煤矿透水事故,其充水水源全部为老空区积水。分析了老空积水对煤矿安全生产的威胁,探讨了目前煤矿治水管理中存在的问题,提出了提高防治水专业技术人员素质是防治矿井水害的根本,合理调整防治水管理政策是提高矿井防治水效率的关键,先进技术的推广应用是开展矿井防治水工作的重要手段。

Summarizes the major water inrush accident in coal mine that occurred in Shanxi province in recent years,the source of water filling are all goaf water.Analyzes the threat of goaf water to coal mine safety production. Discusses the existing problems in management of coal mine water control at present.Puts forward that improves the quality of professional and technical personnel in water control is essential to prevent mine water disaster,reasonable adjustment management policy of control water is the key to improve the efficiency of mine water prevention and con-trol,the popularization and application of advanced technology is an important means to carry out the work of mine water control.
