目的:对亚临床甲亢患者的骨代谢变化情况予以探讨。方法:随机选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月间收治的亚临床甲亢患者100例,将其作为本次研究中的观察组,对患者的碱性磷酸酶、血磷、血钙、促甲状腺素、游离甲状腺素、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、骨密度等实施检测,并选择同期在我院开展健康体检的正常人100例,作为本次研究中的对照组,对两组患者的各项骨代谢、骨密度指标进行对比分析。结果:观察组中男性患者的骨密度、血磷指标的Z值与T值明显高于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的骨丢失量明显高于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义,同时观察组患者的血钙值与对照组患者相比具有明显的差异,差异具有统计学意义。结论:亚临床甲亢患者存在明显的骨密度降低、血钙值下降的情况。

목적:대아림상갑항환자적골대사변화정황여이탐토。방법:수궤선취아원2013년1월지2014년12월간수치적아림상갑항환자100례,장기작위본차연구중적관찰조,대환자적감성린산매、혈린、혈개、촉갑상선소、유리갑상선소、혈청유리삼전갑상선원안산、골밀도등실시검측,병선택동기재아원개전건강체검적정상인100례,작위본차연구중적대조조,대량조환자적각항골대사、골밀도지표진행대비분석。결과:관찰조중남성환자적골밀도、혈린지표적Z치여T치명현고우대조조,병차차이구유통계학의의;관찰조환자적골주실량명현고우대조조,병차차이구유통계학의의,동시관찰조환자적혈개치여대조조환자상비구유명현적차이,차이구유통계학의의。결론:아림상갑항환자존재명현적골밀도강저、혈개치하강적정황。
Objective Study of bone metabolic changes in patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism.Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism from our hospital from January 2013 and December 2014, as the observation group, Testing the patients of alkaline phosphatase, blood phosphorus, blood calcium, promote thyroxine ,free thyroxine, serum free iodine thyroid original glycine, and bone mineral density. And select the same period 100 cases in our hospital to do physical examination normal people, as the control group. For each index of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results In the observation group, the male patients with bone mineral density, blood phosphorus index Z values and T value, significantly higher than the control group; For the patient's bone loss amount, observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. Observation group of patients with blood calcium value, compared with the control group patients, has obvious differences. The difference is statistically significant.Conclusions Subclinical hyperthyroidism patients exist obvious reduced bone mineral density and the decrease of blood calcium values.
