To promote the wisdom city construction is an important means to realize the acceleration of driven innovation,and is an important means for development transformation.It is the inevitable requirement for a new round of urban informatization accelerated of city.Wisdom city construction is a new concept which introduces time conception into digital City geospatial frame,that it reflects geographic information in each period by demand.It has been developed into the construction of spatio-temporal information database as well as cloud platform for spatiotemporal information,for which is dynamic and real-time.It analysis construction scheme of temporal and spatial information cloud platform for wisdom city.
