SAPHO综合征是一种独立的疾病，以滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱病、骨肥厚和骨髓炎的不同组合为表现，是一种罕见的以皮肤和关节的明显炎症为表现的疾病。本病患者中存在TH17的活化，而非TH1和TH2。本病患者外周血中TH17增加，与其它单基因自身炎症性疾病（AID）患者表现相似。慢性复发性多灶性骨髓炎是一种相关的AID，起病一般在儿童期。本文对SAPHO患者使用生物制剂的文献进行回顾，同时简单报告了在临床上使用生物制剂治疗SAPHO综合征的经验。
SAPHO종합정시일충독립적질병，이활막염、좌창、농포병、골비후화골수염적불동조합위표현，시일충한견적이피부화관절적명현염증위표현적질병。본병환자중존재TH17적활화，이비TH1화TH2。본병환자외주혈중TH17증가，여기타단기인자신염증성질병（AID）환자표현상사。만성복발성다조성골수염시일충상관적AID，기병일반재인동기。본문대SAPHO환자사용생물제제적문헌진행회고，동시간단보고료재림상상사용생물제제치료SAPHO종합정적경험。
SAPHO syndrome is an independent disease, characterized for synovial inflammation, acne, impetigo, hyperostosis, and osteomyelitis different combination. It is a rare disease, the main performance as inflammation of the skin and joints. Patients was TH17 activation, rather than the TH1 and TH2. Patients was increased with TH17 in Peripheral blood, and was similar of patients with single gene autoinflammatory disease (AID). Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis is a relevant AID, usually in childhood onset. This article reviewed the SAPHO patients treatment it using biological agents, and simple reported the experience for treatment of SAPHO syndrome using biological agents in clinical.
