污水处理厂污泥含有丰富的蛋白质,但目前大部分没有进行很好地开发利用。本文利用污水处理厂脱水污泥经氢氧化钙水解后的蛋白液对平菇进行基施和喷施试验,测试其对平菇的菌丝生长、产量和生物学效率的影响。结果表明:污泥水解蛋白液能促进平菇菌丝的生长,可提前5~6天出菇;当基施施用量为100 mL/袋时,平菇的生物学效率达到109.3%,增产率可达到25.9%;喷施1000倍污泥水解蛋白液时,平菇的生物学效率达到105.6%,增产率可达到21.6%。

오수처리엄오니함유봉부적단백질,단목전대부분몰유진행흔호지개발이용。본문이용오수처리엄탈수오니경경양화개수해후적단백액대평고진행기시화분시시험,측시기대평고적균사생장、산량화생물학효솔적영향。결과표명:오니수해단백액능촉진평고균사적생장,가제전5~6천출고;당기시시용량위100 mL/대시,평고적생물학효솔체도109.3%,증산솔가체도25.9%;분시1000배오니수해단백액시,평고적생물학효솔체도105.6%,증산솔가체도21.6%。
Sludge of wastewater treatment plant has rich protein, but most of them are not developed well. Dehydrated sludge of wastewater treatment plant was hydrolyzed by lime to manufacture sludge protein hydrolysate. The effect of sludge protein hydrolysate on the growth of mycelium, production and biological efficiency of pleurotus ostreatus were tested by the methods of basal and spraying experiments. The results showed that sludge protein hydrolysate can promote the growth of mycelium and shorten fruiting time at least 5 ~ 6 days in advance. The biological efficiency of pleurotus ostreatus can reach 109. 3% and production rate reach 25. 9% with the application amount of 100 mL/ bag by the way of base, while those of pleurotus ostreatus can reach 105. 6% and 21. 6% with 100 times of sludge protein hydrolysate by the way of spraying.
