超临界溶液快速膨胀技术(RESS)是近三十年来发展起来的新技术,其利用溶质的溶解度随超临界流体密度变化而变化的特点来制备超细微粒,主要由溶液供应、泵压系统、溶液加热部件和用于超临界溶液膨胀的喷嘴、产品收集器等组成。本文简要从概念、原理、生产过程等方面介绍了超临界流体 RESS 过程,并介绍了各系统的职能,进而综述了 RESS 过程在药物微细化、制备高效催化剂和环境保护方面的最新进展和应用情况。

Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solution (RESS), a new technology, has been developed in the last thirty years. The use of solute solubility changes over supercritical fluid density to the characteristics of the preparation of ultrafine particles, mainly composed of a solution components, heat supply, pump system and nozzle for the expansion of supercritical solution, product collector, etc. The RESS process was introduced from the aspects of concept, principle, production process, such as supercritical fluid were introduced reiss process. The function of each system was introduced, and then the reiss process in preparation of drug ultra-micronization model, the efficient catalyst and the latest progress and application of the environmental protection were summarized.
