课程改革是决定职业教育教学改革成功与否的关键，工学一体化是目前职业院校改革的方向。概述了国内外一体化教学的现状，提出了目前我国一体化教学存在的问题，主要是企业参与积极性不高、服务地方经济能力有待加强两个方面。最后对一体化教学进行了展望。

Curriculum reform is the key factor which determine the success of teaching reform for vocational educa-tion.,and the integration of work and study is the reform direction of vocational colleges. This paper summarized current status of integrated teaching at home and abroad and proposed problems existed in integrated teaching in our country.it was mainly found that they had lower enthusiasm in participating enterprises and the ability to service local economy still need to be improved. Finally,this paper made a prospect on integrated teaching.
