    This paper analyzed the characteristics of the talents majored in software outsourcing and the connotation of vocational ability, and based on which,it established the element system of the content of vocational ability which inte-grated students’s qualifications build the higher vocational software outsourcing students qualifications, professional quality, career management ability for students majored in software outsourcing in higher vocational colleges. .
