目的：观察足三里穴位注射胸腺肽合并康复新液治疗化疗后患者口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将68例化疗后口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各34例。治疗组给予足三里注射胸腺肽合并康复新液含漱，对照组给予康复新液含漱，2组疗程均为1周，比较2组治疗后患处的改善情况，包括溃疡面积缩小范围、疼痛情况及溃疡愈合率。结果治疗组口腔溃疡面积缩小范围及疼痛积分均明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05，P＜0.01），治疗组总有效率为91％，对照组总有效率为67％，治疗组和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论足三里注射合并康复新液治疗可加快化疗后口腔溃疡的愈合，且安全，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰족삼리혈위주사흉선태합병강복신액치료화료후환자구강궤양적림상료효。방법장68례화료후구강궤양환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각34례。치료조급여족삼리주사흉선태합병강복신액함수，대조조급여강복신액함수，2조료정균위1주，비교2조치료후환처적개선정황，포괄궤양면적축소범위、동통정황급궤양유합솔。결과치료조구강궤양면적축소범위급동통적분균명현우우대조조（ P＜0.05，P＜0.01），치료조총유효솔위91％，대조조총유효솔위67％，치료조화대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론족삼리주사합병강복신액치료가가쾌화료후구강궤양적유합，차안전，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupoint injection in Zusanli combined with Kangfuxin fluid in the treatment of oral ulcer after chemotherapy.Methods Sixty‐eight patients with oral ulcer after chemo‐therapy were divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupoint injection in Zusanli combined with Kangfuxin fluid ,whereas the control group was administrated Kangfuxin fluid only.After treatment for one week ,the reduced area of ulcer ,pain scope and ulcer healing rate were observed and compared in both groups.Results After the treatment ,the reduced area of ulcer and pain scope in treatment group were obviously superior to those in control group(P<0.05 ,P<0.01). The total effective rate in treatment group(91% )was significantly higher than that in control group(67% )(P< 0.05).Conclusion The method of acupoint injection in Zusanli combined with Kangfuxin fluid can speed up the healing of the ulcer ,and is effective and safe in the treatment of oral ulcer after chemotherapy ,which deserved promoting in clinical.
