目的:探讨PDCA循环法对护士健康教育能力培养的效果。方法利用PDCA循环法对护士健康教育能力进行干预,根据自评、理论考核及科室质量检查分析存在的问题,制定计划,通过授课、演练、制作材料、模版等方法进行培训执行,培训结束后进行同样评价,针对问题继续进行“计划-执行-检查-处理”的循环过程。结果经过4个循环的健康教育能力干预后,护理人员在自身健康教育能力各维度得分及总分,理论知识、科室健康教育质量都有不同程度的提高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法对提高护士健康教育能力效果显著,从而有效促进了科室健康教育质量的提高。

목적:탐토PDCA순배법대호사건강교육능력배양적효과。방법이용PDCA순배법대호사건강교육능력진행간예,근거자평、이론고핵급과실질량검사분석존재적문제,제정계화,통과수과、연련、제작재료、모판등방법진행배훈집행,배훈결속후진행동양평개,침대문제계속진행“계화-집행-검사-처리”적순배과정。결과경과4개순배적건강교육능력간예후,호리인원재자신건강교육능력각유도득분급총분,이론지식、과실건강교육질량도유불동정도적제고,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론 PDCA순배법대제고호사건강교육능력효과현저,종이유효촉진료과실건강교육질량적제고。
Objective To improve the health education ability of nurses, promote departments of health education quali-ty.Methods Using the PDCA cycle method to intervene in the health education ability of nurses, according to the self-assessment, De-partment of theory examination and quality problems in the examination of planning, through instruction, exercises, methods of producing materials, templates and other training, after training the same evaluation, continuing cycle of plan-do-check-action process.Results After 4 cycles of health education intervention, health education ability of nursing staff in its own dimension and total, theory of knowledge, departments had varying degrees of improved quality of health education (P<0.05) .Conclusions PDCA circulation method could improve the effect of nursing health education ability, so as to effectively contribute to the Department's health education quality.
