目的：通过研究近年广西卫生总费用的筹资结构，探讨合理的政府、社会和个人卫生筹资责任，提出改善卫生筹资的建议。方法：文章选取筹资来源法对广西2007至2012年的卫生总费用数据，分析广西卫生总费用主要构成及其变化趋势。结论：广西卫生总费用总额持续增长，对比国内其他省份，广西卫生总费用筹资总量处于偏低水平，政府卫生支出占比偏低，社会卫生支出增长乏力，个人卫生支出比例有所下降但仍较高。结果：发展地区经济、鼓励社会办医、缩小三项基本医疗保障制度待遇差别，有利于从根源增加卫生筹资总额，优化筹资结构，促进城乡居民医疗保障待遇的均等化。

Objective:To investigated the financing structure of Total Health Expenditure (THE) of Guangxi in recent years , discussed the reasonable government, society and individual health financing responsibility, put forward suggestions to improve health financing. Methods:Used the financing sources method to study the THE data of Guangxi from 2007 to 2012 , analyzed its main composition and change trend. Results:The total amount of the THE in Guangxi, compared to other domestic provinces, was at low levels, the Government health expenditure proportion was low, Social health expenditure grew slowly , Out-of-pocket health expenditure scaled down but still high. Conclusion:Regional economy development, social medical funding incentive mechanism and the integration of the three basic medical security system, contribute to total health financing increase and structure optimization, so as to promote the equalization of urban and rural residents on health care treatment.
