目的：观察耳穴贴压疗法治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效，并研究其对患者胃动素（MOT）水平的影响。方法将2012年本院收治的64例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为耳穴贴压组及常规治疗组，并设30例正常早孕为对照组。耳穴贴压组采用耳穴贴压疗法联合常规治疗，常规治疗组仅给予常规西医支持治疗。观察比较2种治疗方法的临床疗效及治疗前后 MOT 水平的变化。结果耳穴贴压组治愈率明显高于常规治疗组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但2组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义。治疗前，耳穴贴压组、常规治疗组的血清 MOT 水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05），而耳穴贴压组与常规治疗组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，耳穴贴压组及常规治疗组 MOT 水平均升高（P＜0.05），耳穴贴压组升高更显著，与常规治疗组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠剧吐的发生可能与患者MOT 水平下降有关。耳穴贴压联合西医支持治疗妊娠剧吐效果显著，这可能与其能升高患者 MOT水平，加强胃肠运动，改善进食欲望有关。
목적：관찰이혈첩압요법치료임신극토적림상료효，병연구기대환자위동소（MOT）수평적영향。방법장2012년본원수치적64례임신극토환자수궤분위이혈첩압조급상규치료조，병설30례정상조잉위대조조。이혈첩압조채용이혈첩압요법연합상규치료，상규치료조부급여상규서의지지치료。관찰비교2충치료방법적림상료효급치료전후 MOT 수평적변화。결과이혈첩압조치유솔명현고우상규치료조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），단2조총유효솔비교，차이무통계학의의。치료전，이혈첩압조、상규치료조적혈청 MOT 수평균저우대조조（P＜0.05），이이혈첩압조여상규치료조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료후，이혈첩압조급상규치료조 MOT 수평균승고（P＜0.05），이혈첩압조승고경현저，여상규치료조상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론임신극토적발생가능여환자MOT 수평하강유관。이혈첩압연합서의지지치료임신극토효과현저，저가능여기능승고환자 MOT수평，가강위장운동，개선진식욕망유관。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of auricular acupoint acupressure therapy on pa‐tients with hyperemesis gravidarum(HG)and the influence on serum motilin(MOT)of these patients.Methods Sixty four patients with HG were randomized equally into two groups ,the auricular acupoint acupressure group and conventional therapy group. There are also thirty cases of early pregnant women as a control group. The clini‐cal efficacy and the MOT levels before and after treatment were observed.Results The cure rate of the auricular acupoint acupressure group was significantly higher than that of the conventional therapy group(P<0.05). There was no statistically difference in the effective rates between the two therapy groups.Before treatment ,the serum MOT levels of auricular acupoint acupressure therapeutic alliance group and conventional therapy group were all lower than that of the early pregnant control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically difference in serum MOT level between the two therapy groups(P<0.05).After the treatment ,the serum MOT levels of two therapy group obviously increased(P< 0.05) ,whereas auricular therapy group increased more significantly compared with the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of HG is correlated with the lowering of lev‐el of serum MOT. The auricular acupoint acupressure therapy is effective in treating HG through increasing the level of serum MOT ,promoting the peristalsis of stomach and intestine and improving appetite.
