近年来，随着计算机技术的广泛应用和互联网的快速发展，公共图书馆的网络化建设取得了明显进展，传统的文献复制服务模式在管理及运行方面已跟不上现代图书馆的发展需要。国家图书馆创新文献复制服务模式，推出了文献复制服务管理系统。文章对该系统做了一个详细的阐述。

In recent years,with the wide application of computer technology and the rapid development of network, public libraries have made obvious progress in the construction of networks , the traditional model of the duplication services cannot keep up with the development demands of modern libraries. Under this circumstance, the National Library of China manages to develop an innovative model for copying and reproducing its collections. This paper elaborated and discussed this model in detail.
