目的：探讨舒适护理干预对直肠癌Miles术患者的影响。方法选择2010年4月至2012年2月在本科接受治疗的直肠癌miles术患者46例，按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各23例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理模式。对两组的疼痛情况、心理舒适度和护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者的术后疼痛程度轻于对照组（ P＜0．05），而对护理工作的满意度、心理舒适度高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论舒适护理是一种以患者为中心、人性化的护理模式，在减轻直肠癌miles术患者术后疼痛和提高患者对护理工作的满意度、心理舒适度方面有着重要的临床意义。
목적：탐토서괄호리간예대직장암Miles술환자적영향。방법선택2010년4월지2012년2월재본과접수치료적직장암miles술환자46례，안조수궤수자표법장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각23례，대조조접수상규호리，관찰조채용서괄호리모식。대량조적동통정황、심리서괄도화호리만의도진행비교。결과관찰조환자적술후동통정도경우대조조（ P＜0．05），이대호리공작적만의도、심리서괄도고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론서괄호리시일충이환자위중심、인성화적호리모식，재감경직장암miles술환자술후동통화제고환자대호리공작적만의도、심리서괄도방면유착중요적림상의의。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort care intervention on the rectal cancer patients with miles approach.Meth-ods A total of 46 cases rectal cancer patients with miles surgical approach in our department between April 2009 and February 2012 were selected, according to the random number table, 46 cases Patients were randomly divided into observation group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases) , the control group received routine care, the observation group were treated with comfort care model.Pain situation, psy-chological comfort and care satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Postoperative pain of observation group was significantly light-er than that of the control group, care satisfaction and psychological comfort were significantly ligher than those of the control group.Conclu-sions Comfort care is a patient-centered, personalized care model, it has important clinical significance in reducing postoperative pain of rectal cancer patients with miles surgical approach and improving satisfaction with nursing and psychological comfort.
