目的：探讨有助于老年糖尿病患者康复的有效护理对策。方法随机将76例糖尿病患者分为两组：观察组（38例）、对照组（38例）。对照组38例所用护理对策为常规护理，观察组38例所用护理对策为积极全面的综合性护理。结果观察组的各项指标状况与护理满意度均优于对照组，P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论对老年糖尿病患者采取积极、耐心的健康教育与临床护理，可控制患者病情，防控并发症的出现，改善患者的身体机能，提升患者护理满意率。

Objective To explore the effective nursing measures for elderly patients with diabetes .Mtehods A total of 76 cases with diabetes were divided into observation and control groups , each group had 38casess.The control group was given routine nursing , the observation group was given positive and comprehensive nursing .Rseults The status indicators and nursing satisfaction of observation group were better than those of control group, P<0.05.Con clusions Positive and patient health education and clinical care for elderly patients with diabetes could control the disease, prevent complications, improve patient's body function and patient's satisfaction rate.
