目的：探讨ChildC级肝硬化患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理研究。方法以2003年1月至2013年1月我院收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的Child C级肝硬化患者42例为研究对象，按护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各21例，给予对照组围术期常规护理，给予观察组围术期精细化护理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、死亡率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论围术期精细化护理在稳定或提升治疗效果、预防控制并发症、缩短手术时间、减轻患者病痛、降低死亡率等方面具有积极作用，医院应关注精细化护理措施的应用。
목적：탐토ChildC급간경화환자행복강경담낭절제술적호리연구。방법이2003년1월지2013년1월아원수치적행복강경담낭절제술적Child C급간경화환자42례위연구대상，안호리방법불동장기분위관찰조화대조조각21례，급여대조조위술기상규호리，급여관찰조위술기정세화호리，비교량조호리효과。결과관찰조수술시간、주원시간、술중출혈량、병발증발생솔、사망솔균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론위술기정세화호리재은정혹제승치료효과、예방공제병발증、축단수술시간、감경환자병통、강저사망솔등방면구유적겁작용，의원응관주정세화호리조시적응용。
Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients with Child C cirrhosis treated with laparoscopic cholecystecto-my.Methods From January 2003 to January 2013, 42 cases of Child C cirrhosis patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital were selected as the object of study, they were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing, were given meticulous perioperative nursing in the observation group.Nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results The operation time, hospitalization time, peri-operative bleeding, complication rate, mortality of observation group were lower than those of control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusions Meticulous perioperative nursing has positive effects on stabilizing and enhancing the treatment effect, controlling and preventing the complication, shortening the operating time, relieving the pain of patients, reducing the mortality.Therefore, the hospitals should pay attention to the application of meticulous nursing measures.
