一体化二次分离旋流器是在单体旋流器内部进行二次分离的一种新型旋流器。利用正交法，基于计算流体动力学软件，分别对一级溢流管长度、圆柱段长度、二级溢流管伸入长度、二级锥段角度、底流管长度等结构进行优选。设置油相体积分数为2％、油滴粒径为30μm的混合液作为研究介质。首先采用单一指标的方法找出分离效果最优的结构，然后将优选后的结构与初始结构进行了对比验证。此方法可为水力旋流器的结构参数优选提供参考。
