针对单一传感器在汽车电子驻车制动系统倾角测量中存在误差和噪声干扰等问题,提出了一种基于对倾角传感器与加速度计测量数据进行融合的卡尔曼滤波优化算法的MEMS倾角传感器设计。采用一个单轴微机械结构倾角传感器SCA61 T和一个加速度芯片ADXL203设计,通过卡尔曼滤波法对测到的信号进行融合并滤去干扰信号得到车身倾角的真实值;在硬件电路设计的基础上,融入卡尔曼滤波程序软件算法,在电子驻车试验样机上进行了±20°内角度的精确测量。实验结果表明,该设计方案测量误差低于0.5°,所设计的MEMS倾角传感器具有精度高、体积小和抗干扰等优点,可为电子驻车制动系统施加准确的驻车制动力提供重要参考。

There are errors and noise interferences aroused by single sensor in the angle measurement for automotive electron -ic parking brake system ( EPB) .A design on automotive MEMS sensor based on the optimization algorithm was proposed for in-clinometer with the fusion of tilt sensor and accelerometer measurement data through Kalman filtering .The true value of the tilt was obtained using a single -axis tilt sensor SCA61T and an acceleration chip ADXL203 when the measured signal was fused and interference signals were filter out .On the basis of the hardware circuit design , Kalman filter method was integrated into the soft-ware algorithm;experiments for accurate measurement of angle within ±20°were practiced on the electronic parking experimen-tal prototype.Experimental results show that:the measurement error in the design is less than 0.5 °; the designed MEMS tilt sensor is of high accuracy , small size and anti -interference; it can provide accurate angle measurement for electronic parking brake system.
