目的:观察使用一次性精细过滤输液器静脉输入七叶皂苷钠对减轻其不良反应的效果。方法:随机抽取静脉输入七叶皂苷钠的患者400例,随机分为观察组200例和对照组200例。观察组采用一次性精细过滤输液器,对照组采用普通一次性输液器。对两组患者输入七叶皂苷钠后出现的疼痛程度、肿胀情况、穿刺部位血管改变以及出现不良反应的时间进行对比。结果:观察组出现不良反应的例数明显少于对照组,出现不良反应的时间明显晚于对照组,疼痛的严重程度也明显轻于对照组。结论:采用一次性精细过滤输液器静脉输入七叶皂苷钠对减轻其不良反应有较明显效果,值得在临床推广。

목적:관찰사용일차성정세과려수액기정맥수입칠협조감납대감경기불량반응적효과。방법:수궤추취정맥수입칠협조감납적환자400례,수궤분위관찰조200례화대조조200례。관찰조채용일차성정세과려수액기,대조조채용보통일차성수액기。대량조환자수입칠협조감납후출현적동통정도、종창정황、천자부위혈관개변이급출현불량반응적시간진행대비。결과:관찰조출현불량반응적례수명현소우대조조,출현불량반응적시간명현만우대조조,동통적엄중정도야명현경우대조조。결론:채용일차성정세과려수액기정맥수입칠협조감납대감경기불량반응유교명현효과,치득재림상추엄。
Objective:Observe the consequent of mitigating the adverse reactions by using disposable fine filtering infusion to input Sodium Aescinate for Injection. Method:Random extracted 400 patients to intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate, randomly divided into two groups.200 cases were randomly divided into two groups,200 cases of the observation group and 200 cases of the control group. The observation group used the disposable fine filtering infusion produced by ZhiXun-chuangyuan companies,the control group used common disposable infusion. Swelling and puncture vascular changes of two groups’ patients after input aescine sodium,at the same time to observe and compare the adverse reaction time.Results: by comparing the two groups,we can see adverse reaction cases of the observation group is less than that of control group, obviously the time of ad-verse reaction of observation group is later than the control group, the severity of the pain is also conspicuous lighter than the control group. Conclusions:There is obvious consequent of mitigating the adverse reactions by using disposable fine filtering in-fusion to input Sodium Aescinate for Injection. It is worth to popularize in the clinical.
