为研究逆流填料塔在多因素综合作用下的再生效果,设计了L16(45)正交试验方案对各因素的影响趋势和大小进行分析。采用LiCl-H2 O为再生剂,以再生量为评价指标,结合试验数据拟合出再生量与影响因素的线性关联式,再生温度为64~76℃,空气温度和含湿量试验范围分别为30~36℃和12~18 g/kg。结果表明,再生量随进口温度的增加而增大,随液-气比的增大而减小。得到的最优水平组合为:再生温度76℃,溶液质量浓度0.3,液气比2.5,进口空气温度和含湿量分别为36℃和12 g/kg。最优组合的再生量为27.1 g/s。

In order to investigate the regeneration characteristics of counter-flow packed tower ,a L16 (45 ) orthogonal experiment program was designed to discuss the influence trends of factors .This paper uses LiCl aqueous solution as the desiccant and adopts moisture removal rate to assess the performance of regeneration process .Last linear related formula was fitted on the basis of ex-perimental data .The tests were conducted with regeneration temperature of 64~76℃,inlet air temperature of 30~36℃and inlet air moisture of 12~18g/kg,respectively.Results show that moisture removal rate increase with solution temperature while de-crease with liquid-air mass flow ratio.The most favorable combination as follow:regeneration temperature is 76℃,mass fraction is 0.3,liquid-air flow ratio is 2.5,inlet air temperature and moisture is 36℃ and 12g/kg,respectively.And 27.1g/s moisture re-moval rate can be obtained .
