随着雷达天线、通讯天线靶面的减小,靶面与载机机械安装定位面相对姿态精度要求提高,短基线微小角度测量难度越来越大,为此研究一种基于全站仪的非接触光学检测方法,解决短基线高精度姿态测量问题。给出了基于自准直靶面姿态测量的原理、操作方法、数据处理方法及精度检测。该方法已成功应用在某型飞机小靶面高精度姿态测量中,取得了很好的效果,可推广应用在其它小靶面姿态测量任务中。

As the development of micro‐manufacturing technology ,the size of radar antenna and communication antenna is becoming smaller and smaller .The relative attitude between radar antenna and the locating surface of airborne plane instal‐ling requires higher precision .How to measure the short baseline micro‐angle is becoming more and more difficult .A non‐contact optical measuring method is introduced ,which can solve the short baseline high precise attitude measuring problem . The principle ,operation method ,data processing method and precision control of the method are described in detail in the pa‐per .The method has been used in attitude measurement of small radar antenna mounted ,and gets nice effect ,which can be applied in other small surface target mounted .
