研究船用柴油机高压共轨燃油系统的建模方法,分析轨压控制与喷油控制的可行性,建立了该燃油系统的数学模型。该模型与SimulationX软件建立的模型进行对比,2个模型的轨压波动一致,喷孔流量偏差小于2%。仿真结果表明,单次供油或喷油的轨压波动最大幅度略大于最大允许波动的60%,油泵供油可迅速缓解喷油带来的压降;设定轨压下,不同喷油量情况下喷油速度是相等的,控制喷油时间等效于控制喷油量;轨压越高,喷油速率峰值越大,柴油机经济性能更好。

The high‐pressure common rail fuel injection system for marine diesel engine was analyzed with mathematical modeling and simulating in order to do the feasibility analysis of pressure control and injection control .Compared with the SimulationX model ,the injection rate of this model is a little smaller .But their common rail pressure is almost the same .And the pressure drop produced by the fuel injection or oil supply is a little bigger than 60 percent of the maximum permissible pressure variation . So the rail pressure can remain stable with the appropriate oil supply .Because the injection rate is con‐stant in a constant setting pressure ,controlling injection quantity is equivalent to controlling injection time .A higher common rail pressure makes the peak value of injection rate larger w hich results in bet‐ter economics .
