在城市公交换乘网络模型的基础上提出一种在乘客随机条件因素影响下的出行评估模型，对乘客出行线路做出科学评估并规划出条件选择下的最优线路，以兰州市路段出行为实例，建立在出行票价系数、出行时间系数和出行舒适度系数为条件下的局部换乘评估模型，数据分析与实例验证了模型的有效性和科学性。

In this paper ,a travel transfer evaluation model influenced by the random demand factors of passengers is investigated on the basic of traffic travel transfer network .This model can make scientif‐ic evaluation on the travel route of passenger and plan out the optimal choice under the random condi‐tions to make the passenger travel more convenient .We choose the travel routes of Lanzhou as the case study .A local travel transfer evaluation model is made in the conditions of travel price factor , travel time factor and travel comfort degree factor to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this model .T he availability of this model is verified by data analysis and case .
