为了放松舰炮机械零位标校的应用条件要求,建立基于有限距离标校点的舰炮机械零位标校模型,并在分析其精度和优缺点的基础上,分析标校点选择的基本要求,给标校实施步骤。该方法可以克服星体校对方法受天气影响、有地理位置限制、须在夜间进行等缺点,能够满足舰炮在雾、雨季节的标校要求,对经常及时标校舰炮机械零位,保持舰炮精度具有重要现实意义。

To make it easier to collate mechanical zero marks of ship‐borne gun ,the model of collating mechanical zero mark is built by means of collating points within finite distance for the ship‐borne gun .Based on the analysis of its collating precision and merit‐demerits ,the basic request of selecting collating points and the procedure of collating mechanical zero mark are given separately .The presented approach can overcome some demerits of star‐collating approach such as standing the weather affection ,the constraint of location ,only used in the night ,and so on .It especially suits for the occasion of fog and rain .It can realize collate mechanical zero mark for the weapon system at every turn and in time .It has an important meaning for the precision maintenance of weapon system and battle effectiveness improvement of army .
