This thesis analyses the important effect of the information transmitting system in the modern war ,resear‐ches the shipboard combat system's demand on the information transmission ,puts forward the evaluation index system which characterizes demand of the upper application ,explains the meaning of the various technical indicators ,thus builds the evalu‐ation index system on the information transmitting ability of the shipboard combat system .
