目的：观察比较腹腔镜辅助高位结扎术和腹横纹下小切口治疗儿童腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：选取2011年6月－2013年7月于我院治疗的腹股沟疝患儿共1160例，按手术方式分为A组660例和B组500例，A组行腹腔镜辅助高位结扎术治疗，B组行腹横纹下小切口治疗，对比两组各项临床指标。结果：两组的各项临床指标（术中出血量、手术时间、下床时间、住院时间、术后2d的疼痛评估和并发症发生率）均相近，差异在统计学上不具有意义（ P＞0.05）；A组治疗费用、隐匿疝发现率均高于B组，差异在统计学上具有意义（P＜0．05）。结论：腹腔镜辅助高位结扎术和腹横纹下小切口治疗儿童腹股沟疝的疗效相近，各有优缺点，治疗可根据具体情况选择。
목적：관찰비교복강경보조고위결찰술화복횡문하소절구치료인동복고구산적림상효과。방법：선취2011년6월－2013년7월우아원치료적복고구산환인공1160례，안수술방식분위A조660례화B조500례，A조행복강경보조고위결찰술치료，B조행복횡문하소절구치료，대비량조각항림상지표。결과：량조적각항림상지표（술중출혈량、수술시간、하상시간、주원시간、술후2d적동통평고화병발증발생솔）균상근，차이재통계학상불구유의의（ P＞0.05）；A조치료비용、은닉산발현솔균고우B조，차이재통계학상구유의의（P＜0．05）。결론：복강경보조고위결찰술화복횡문하소절구치료인동복고구산적료효상근，각유우결점，치료가근거구체정황선택。
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation and small incision of ab‐dominal stripes in the treatment of children with inguinal hernia .Methods:1 160 cases of children with inguinal hernia in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2013 were chosen .All patients were divided into group A(660 cases)and group B (500 cases) according to the operation mode .Group A given laparoscopic high ligation ,while group B was treated by small incision of abdominal stripes .Comparison the clinical indexes in two group .Results:The clinical indexes(the a‐mount of intraoperative bleeding ,operation time ,bed time ,hospitalization time ,pain assessment of postoperative 2d and the incidence of complications) in two group were similar ,no significant difference (P>0 .05);the cost of treat‐ment and the rate of discovery of contralateral latent hernia in A group were higher than that in B group(P<0 .05) . Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic high ligation and small incision of abdominal stripes in the treatment of children with inguinal hernia are similar ,treatment can be chosen according to the concrete situation .
