[目的]构建医护人员血源性病原体职业暴露防护评价指标体系,为医护人员职业安全管理提供评价工具。[方法]在文献回顾、理论分析、小组讨论的基础上初步拟定指标体系咨询表,运用德尔菲法选取护理管理、医院感染管理、临床护理、临床医疗领域的33名国内专家对指标体系进行两轮咨询论证。[结果]两轮专家咨询后形成专家一致性意见,问卷有效回收率分别为87%、100%,专家权威系数为0.86,专家意见Kendall系数分别为0.275,0.301,经检验后均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终确立包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标、46个三级条目及相应权重的评价指标体系。[结论]医护人员血源性病原体职业暴露防护评价指标体系为评估血源性病原体职业暴露防护现状提供评价工具,为医院进一步做好职业安全管理提供参考依据。

Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of blood borne pathogens occupation exposure protection of medical personnel,so as to provide a evaluation tool for occupational safety management of medical personnel.Methods:Preliminarily study out the consultation table of index system on the basis of literature re-view,theoretical analysis and group discussion.By the Delphi method,a total of 33 domestic experts from the fields of nursing management,hospital infection management,clinical nursing and clinical treatment were select-ed to have two rounds of consultation demonstration on the index system.Results:The experts had consensus o-pinion after two rounds of consultation,the questionnaire effective recovery rate respectively were 87% and 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.86.The expert opinion Kendall coefficients respectively were 0.275 and 0.301.They were all statistically significant after testing (P<0.05).Finally established the evaluation index sys-tem that included 4 the first level indicators,13 the second level indexes,and 46 the third level entries and the corresponding weight.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of blood borne pathogens occupation exposure protection of medical personnel can provide evaluation tool for evaluating protection present situation of blood borne pathogens occupation exposure,and provide the reference for hospital to further improve the occupation safety management.
